What is a Caregiver?
A caregiver is anyone who
provides help to another
person in need, but the term
most commonly refers to a
family member, neighbor, or
friend caring for someone
requiring help with basic daily
tasks while living with a long-
term illness, complications
from a fall, or a condition like
dementia. Caregiving reaches
all socioeconomic levels and
cultures, and most individuals
can expect to be a caregiver
at least once in their lifetime. What People are Saying
“As a caregiver coach, Kim has been an invaluable help to me and to my entire family. We have had many issues with elderly parents and ill siblings and Kim is always ready to give her support. She is a wealth of information and resources and is never too busy to help. Kim always has the time and has a great calming effect on those around her. Sometimes you just don’t know how many resources are available unless you have someone to guide you!”by Susan Senger
